Gujrati lapsi ( kansar)

Well come to janbi's easy recipe

Ingredients
1 cup ghehu ka dardra aata
1 1/4 cup Pani
2 tsp. Gur 
1 tbsp. Oil or 1 tsp oil
2 tsp ghee
Ghee n pisi chini as pr test

Method
- 1 cup ghehu ka aata ho to 1 1/4 cup Pani Lena .
-ab ek patile me Pani lekar use garam krne rakh dijiye.
- usme gur Dal dijiye.
- ab aate me ek tsp oil Dal kar mix kar lijiye.
- Pani me jab ubal aane lage tab usme se thoda sa Pani nikal kar baju me rakh dijiye
- ab patile me Bache hue pni me ek tbsp oil Dal lijiye .
- bad me use ghehu ka aata Dal dijiye or belan se thoda thoda Mila lijeye or dhak dijiye.
- dhimi aanch pe pakne dijiye bich bich me belan ki help se milate rahiye , bad me 2 tbs ghee Dal kar thodi der pakne dijiye.
-agar Pani Kam lage to Jo Pani nikala Tha vo dal dijiye or agar Pani jyada lage to thoda Sa aata Mila le.
- ab ges bndh kar ke lapsi ko pleat me rakhe 
Usme ghee or jarurat k hisab se shakkar Dal kar parose .
